Lochvale House supports local families, businesses and organisations by
providing facilities, services and accommodation for hire at affordable rates.
Lochvale House has a wide range of facilities available to the community, including:
- Function Hall with IT/Multimedia equipment
- Offices
- Meeting Rooms
- Training Rooms
- Café
The Centre is managed The LGS Community Trust.

Monday - Sunday 8.00am - 10.00pm For bookings / enquiries Telephone - 01387 265749 *Bookings will be considered for times outwith opening times*
Directions:
Heading along Georgetown Road from Annan Road, away from the town centre, the Centre is located on the right hand side 50 metres past the Gillbrae Road roundabout at the Spar Shop.
Parking:
Rear Car Park : 30 lined spaces.Front Car Park : 20 lined spaces, 2 disabled and 6 unlined spaces.

Disabled Access:
The ground floor including Hall and Café is fully accessible, unfortunately there is no lift to offer access to upper floors of the building. The building is also accessible for Guide Dogs
Toilets:
Male, Female, Disabled and Baby Changing facilities are available on site.
External Areas:
There is an small play park complete with safety matting and 5 aside grass football pitch available for use all set within secure fencing/wall. Facebook

We have a space that caters for the need of all groups, with toilet access, disabled access, kitchen space available, parking at rear of building and staff on hand to set up and make sure space is ready for you arriving.
